Aged 38 years, .Pardeep Bansal is President Operations. He holds Bachelor of Arts degree from Kurukshetra University.  He joined the company in a managerial position paving way to position in Board as Director in 2000-01 till March 2010 and got re designated as President Operations & Projects. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing and implementing transport economics and economic loads with use of higher capacity vehicles. With his initiative the company embarked on sizable fleet acquisition and has a considerably higher capacity fleet strength including Volvos and Hydraulic Axles vehicles for over dimensional consignments.  Apart from over dimensional consignments and projects, Mr. Pardeep Bansal is heading the Business Operations in North Business Unit. He is also instrumental in venturing into seizing opportunity in the In-Plant logistics.

Aged 33 years, Mr.Puneet Agarwal is President IT and Strategic Initiatives. Having a degree of B.Com (H) and M. Sc. in IT and overall experience of over 12 years (Including over 7 years of in-Company experience), he has been instrumental in taking computerization level to almost real time online from foxpro based program to Java Platform in respect of MIS including Accounts and Financial statements. With his efforts, transcription model underwent a paradigm shift to online connectivity and feeding process to achieve real time activity and computerization is over 90% and 100% in all major branches. He is currently heading the SAP implementation project, which is complete and maintenance and enhancement phase is continuing in the Company, He has been with the Company since February 17, 2004 as Director, looking after functions of IT and besides this he has also been overseeing Business operations.  Prior to joining Darcl,  he served in Daffodil Software Ltd as a Director from 1999 to 2004.  Inducted as a director in Darcl in Feb 2004 he continued till march 2010 in the same capacitty and he was re designated thereafter as President IT and Strategic initiative.

Aged 29 years, Vineet Agarwal is having a degree of B. Com. (Delhi University) followed by two year full time program of MBA (IIPM - Planning & Entrepreneurship) and Diploma in E-export Management with an overall experience of around 7 years. Vineet is also working as a Director on the Board of Company's Subsidiary, namely, M/s Transrail Logistics Limited, where he is actively providing valuable input and advice about container train operations. He remained conceptualizing in start-up of container train business in the year 2006 by mooting proposal for taking license from Railway to move container trains. As Vice President he concentrates on Marketing operations of the Western part of India including Mumbai and Nagpur in Maharastra, Surat in Gujrat, Bangalore and Torangullu in Karnatka.

Aged 28 years, Nitesh Agarwal is having a degree of B. Sc. (Business Management Studies - Bradford University, UK) and PGDM (S. P. Jain Institute - Family Managed Business) with overall experience of around 5 years. He joined the Company as Assistant Vice-President on August 1, 2006 and rose to the level of Vice-President and steered the Business Operations of East Zone comprising Kolkata, Siliguri, Guwahati, Jamshedpur, U.P., Delhi NCR, and Nepal Regions. Currently he is expanding the Business of Jamshedpur Region along with Fleet Operations of Jamshedpur and Faridabad.

Aged 28 Years, Nitin Agarwal Having backed by courses in BBA, MBA (IIPM) and an overall experience of around 6 years (including 3.5 years of in-Company experience).  He is Asst.Vice President - West Business Unit. He also heads the Corporate Communication, Stationery and has developed keen interest in Efficiency Research and heads that department as well.

Aged 26 years, Nikhil Agarwal having a degree of BBM from University of Karnataka and M. A. (Finance & Investment - UK) with overall experience of 3.5 years, he is Asst. Vice President. He concentrates South BU operations of the Company. He has been able to add new customers, manage requisite fleet.

Aged 24 years, having a degree of  B. Sc. (Business Management Studies, Bradford University UK) with overall experience of around 5 years (including stint of around 2.5 year as trainee), he is responsible to ensure smooth and profitable operations of TransRail Logistics Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Darcl), such as container handling & movement, delivery, accounts and  customers relation management, etc. He is currently on leave undergoing his post-graduation program in UK.

Ms. Mahima Agarwal is having degrees of BA and MBA (HR) from university of Rajasthan. She has an overall experience of around 8 years, (including in company experience 2.5 years in addition to 1 year exp. as consultant). She has been working in various HR fields and ISO (Quality Cell). She was instrumental in ISO implementation and focusing on HR automation, Performance Management System for making vibrant business HR.
