Thus constituted, the Management team at Darcl possesses a deep understanding of the nuances of different industries, and hence is able to devise solutions which are highly practical and implementable for the customers. Mr. T.S. Narasimhan
Executive Director
Aged 57 years, T.S.Narasimhan is the Executive Director of Darcl. He holds Economics Honors Degree from Delhi University and Master's Degree in Commerce from Delhi University besides attending law courses. He is a certified quality engineer from Indian Institute of Quality Management -Dept of Electronics, Govt. of India and holds Diploma in HR.  He joined the Company as Executive Director on May 15, 2000. He  has   over 35 years  of varied cross industry experience in India and neighbouring countries in Trading/ Manufacturing and  Services including over 10 years experience in the field of transportation and logistics with our Company.  Prior to joining Darcl, he was working as Sr General Manager with Tashi Group of Companies, Phuentsholing, Bhutan in the field of Petroleum and Gas, including Aviation Fuel. During his tenure in our Company he has been instrumental in recruiting senior professionals besides  departmentalization /professionalization  of the Company, initiating and  establishing departments like Commercial claim, legal, HR, Quality management cell (ISO) for  process orientation besides handling of complex issues and successfully  handling them. Current assignment involves, besides aforesaid, mentoring supervising various functions as aforesaid, besides other areas warranting execution assignments with cross functional teams/areas for facilitating decision making and policy formulations and facilitator for Board appointed committees and Member of various functional committees.

Mr. Apoorva Kumar
Company Secretary
Aged 38 years, Mr.Apoorva Kumar is B.SC., LLB, FCS. Joined Darcl on May 1, 2002 as Company Secretary and also have been involved in strategic finance and treasury functions of the company. Prior to joining Darcl he was with Yamuna Syndicate Ltd from July 1999 to April 2002 as Company Secretary. He also oversees the secretarial matters of the subsidiaries. He has experience in Finance, Accounts, Secretarial and Banking Sector.  

Mr. Prakash Agarwalla
Vice President
Aged 43 years, Mr.Prakash Agarwalla is Vice-President (Marketing). He is a B.Com (Hons in Accountancy) and also holds LL.B from Dibrugarh University, Assam. He is also a Fellow Member of Institute Chartered Accountant of India. Mr. Prakash Agarwalla is heading  Corporate Sales. Prior to becoming the Vice President Mr. Agarwalla assisted the Director West Zone from 2006 to 2008 and subsequently headed the Transrail Logistics Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Darcl) in the capacity of CEO from June 2009 to  November, 2009. Mr. Agarwalla has also been involved matters relating to Taxation and Legal interfaces besides Marketing Operations.
Mr. Vineet Anand
DGM - Corporate Accounts and Finance
Aged 44 years, Vineet Anand is a B.Com (Honours) from Delhi University and he is an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also qualified the Inter CS. He Joined the Company as AGM- (Corporate Accounts & Finance) on October 1, 2008 having over 17 Years experience in Finance & Accounts in diverse sectors.
