Being the Chairman and Managing Director of the company , steered the company with the team of Directors and Professionals. Verve for details, matter of fact and ground level approach. Inspired for ethical practices and transparency. Role is of a mentor, visionary in the company and is in the constant pursuit of redefining logistics values for offering cost effective logistics solutions. Takes active participation in the activities of the apex bodies of Transport and Logistics Industry and presently he is Chairman of National Council of Shipping and Logistics Committee of Assocham besides holding respectable positions in various industry chambers/ educational institutions.

Mr. Darshan Kumar Aggarwal brings unique abilities to the table, strengthened by an experience of over 35 years in the Logistics Industry. Specifically exposed to the domains of Fleet Operation and Management, he has acquired a sharp understanding of cost cutting measures, ways to reduce down time and increase capacity utilization. With his sound knowledge and practical approach, he has played an instrumental role towards fleet augmentation at Darcl. A long standing member of the team, he has been associated in the business operations since 1975, and has played an important role in the company's evolution which took place in 1986. Besides corporate functions as Whole Time Director, he is also currently overseeing Western India Part of the business.

Over 34 years of rich experience in Transport and Logistics Industry, he has provided impetus to East and North Eastern India Business operations of the company. His diverse abilities are also utilized in his capacity as the Vice Chairman of TransRail Logistics Limited, a subsidiary of Darcl. With his active participation in the industry associations, besides having held respectable positions, he is also a patron trustee of Maharaja Agrasen Reserach Society, New Delhi.Besides corporate functions as Whole Time Director, he also oversees the East and North Eastern part  of the business.

A commerce graduate, with a rich experience of 33 years in the Transport and Logistics Industry, He was initially instrumental in strengthening the Head office, accounting, administration, insurance and later had a successful stint in the North-East business operations of the company before spearheading southern part of the business.Besides corporate functions as Whole Time Director, he also oversees the southern part of the business.

Commerce, law graduate and a Certified associate of Indian Institute of bankers (CAIIB) with over 46 years experience across financial planning and management roles in the Banking Sector, He brings an specifically tight grasp on financial resource optimization and cost cutting measures. His valuable guidance and insights have contributed significantly to the company's growth, ever since his appointment as an Independent Director in 2005.

An eminent professional luminary with an experience of 34 years across Professional Institutions, Public and Government Organizations. During his career, he has held many high positions including; President- Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; Member - Central Direct Taxes Advisory Committee, Audit Advisory Board, Controller and Auditor General of India, National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standard, Committees of Reserve Bank of India. He has been an Independent Director with Darcl since 2005.

Armed with a diverse work experience across roles including Director, Indian Oil Corporation, ONGC, CPCL, BRPL and IOTL. Mr. Uplechawar also served as Director & Chairman at Petronet LNG Limited, Petronet VK Limited, Petronet CCK Limited, Indian Strategic Petroleum Reserves Limited and Indian Oil Panipat Power Consortium Limited. As another feather in his cap, he procured an M.O.T (First Class Motors) in 1974. He is an engineering graduate and holds a degree in B.E. (Mech.) from University of Pune.

Rich and diverse exposure spread over 37 years in the area of Domestic, International, Merchant / Investment Banking and Treasury Operations backed by Master's degree is English Literature; Gold Medalist from Punjab University, Chandigarh. He is also Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). During his service period, he had held various post ranging from probationary officer to Deputy Managing Director within State Bank of India. He has been in the Board as Independent Director since 2010.

Over 25 years of rich experience in private equity, corporate finance and business strategy. He holds an MBA degree from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, and a BE in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee. Presently he is Managing Director in IDFC PE and appointed on the Board of Director as a Nominee Director of IDFC PE. Earlier he has worked as CFO and Head of Business Strategy at JK Paper and also as head of Investment Banking at SRF Finance (a part of GE Capital since 1997). He had also set up the Structured Finance, Corporate Broking, Investment Banking and Private Equity practice. Prior to joining the financial sector worked with SRF and Eicher.

An experience of 8 years in the infrastructure sector and a degree in BE (Mechanical) and an MBA. Started his career with a short stint with Project Finance division of Small Industries Development Bank of India. Subsequently he joined the advisory division of Credit Analysis and Research Ltd. (CARE), a credit rating company. At CARE he handled assignments related to company valuation, feasibility studies / project financial appraisals and diagnostic studies of companies (mandated by Disinvestment Commission of India). The assignments were primarily in the infrastructure sector, spanning sub-sectors like power, oil and gas, ports and logistics. He has been part of the IDFC-PE team for 5 years and has evaluated opportunities across the infrastructure space. He has been appointed on the Board of Director of Darcl as a Nominee Director of IDFC PE.

With a diverse and rich experience of over 40 years across leadership positions. His work portfolio includes exposure to functions and sectors such as Operations, Corporate Governance, General Administration, Business Operations and Maintainability Engineering, Educational Institutes Administration, Logistics/ Service industry and Defense. His previous capacities are equally varied, including a host of strategic positions at Defence, Automobile and Education Bodies.He is  Major General (Aged 32), A degree in BE (Mechanical) and An MBA with in the Indian Army.

Prof. G. Raghuram holds degrees for B.Tech, PGDM and Ph. D. from IIM Ahmadabad, where he also serves as a Professor, Public System Group. His previous stints include working with Indian Railways.
